Corned Beef and Cabbage

An easy, traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage that can cook all day while you're away!

  • 3 pounds Low Sodium Corned Beef Brisket
  • 1 Head of Green Cabbage, roughly chopped into larger pieces
  • 4 Large Carrots, peeled, chopped into 2" pieces
  • 24 ounces Baby Red Potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups water

Step One

Place the brisket in the bottom of your crock and empty the contents of the seasoning packet it comes with over the top.

Step Two

Add the water.

Step Three

Add in the potatoes, carrots and cabbage and then sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

Step Four

Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours or on HIGH for 4.5-5 hours.
