An easy, traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage that can cook all day while you're away!
Corned Beef and Cabbage

- 3 pounds Low Sodium Corned Beef Brisket
- 1 Head of Green Cabbage, roughly chopped into larger pieces
- 4 Large Carrots, peeled, chopped into 2" pieces
- 24 ounces Baby Red Potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups water
Place the brisket in the bottom of your crock and empty the contents of the seasoning packet it comes with over the top.
Add the water.
Add in the potatoes, carrots and cabbage and then sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours or on HIGH for 4.5-5 hours.
